Minutes
Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Deb Mckinney, Sheryl Dougherty, Courtney Hyte, Chris Hanson, Jessica Rurka
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order
Approval of the minutes of the May 7th, Regular Meeting
Dheryl Dougherty motioned to approve the minutes. Jessica Rurka seconded. All approved.
Audience of Citizens: None
Communications
- Minimum Wage increase approved and signed
This has passed and will have an impact on program prices across the board starting soon.
Committee Reports
We are working on prepping and planning out all aspects of the build week. Tables will be setup at little league and old home day to get more volunteers.
- Volunteer Coordinator Update
Sheryl Dougherty gave a report on the status of volunteers. We still need many more.
- Air Line Trail Subcommittee
National Trails day was a successful event and we hope to have more like it in the future.
Unfinished Business
Jeremy Hall updated everyone on the process.
Shawn Mullen updated everyone on the status of Parks and Recreation programming.
- Survey Monkey Results for Afternoon Adventures
Shawn Mullen and Jeremy Hall went over the survey results and are looking into potential changes to the program.
New Business
Jeremy Hall presented a plan to the board with a new master plan layout.

Director’s Report
Jeremy Hall updated the board on the status of the budget
